13 years on and still not released.. such a disappointment
ReplyDeleteIt was published. I have a copy of it. I guess it sold out pretty quickly? Email Steve and ask him if there's any chance of getting it reprinted?
ReplyDeleteI spoke to steve and he told me it was never published due to a last minute hitch but he's still hopeful
