Warlord, March 31st 1979. The story of a souped-up Junkers 52 (check out the anti-tank guns slung underneath the wings). Illustrated by Mike Dorey. During the mid-seventies there was a new trend in British comics of portraying war from the 'enemies' point of view. I think it began in IPC's Action with Hellman of Hammer Force (again drawn, initially, by MD). Check out The Sevenpenny Nightmare site for information.
